Roosevelt ISD start time has changed for the 2026-27 school year! 
ALL CAMPUSES 
Breakfast bell will ring at 8:05 am 
Tardy bell: 8:15 am 
Release bell: 3:55 pm (Elementary will start releasing as always around 3:45 pm)
